Depending on when your website, themes or plugins were coded/designed, you may need to use an older version of PHP. On our shared  servers, there is the option to change PHP version on your hosting account. Follow the steps below for switching the versions.

Step 1.

Login to cPanel and navigate to “Software/Services”. Then click “Select PHP Version”.

Step 2.

From there, you will see the drop down menu to select the version. Choose your version, then click “Set as Current”. PLEASE NOTE: Version 5.4 is nearing it’s “End of Life” cycle and won’t receive any further security upgrades.

Choose your version, then click "Set as Current

Step 3.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Save”.
